These Terms of Service govern your use of the WaveLink VI app and booking marketplace. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms.
WaveLink VI is a marketplace connecting guests with independent vessel owners and licensed captains in the Virgin Islands. Charters are operated by the listed vessel's owner/captain; WaveLink VI facilitates booking, payment, and communication.
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
Every guest must sign the liability waiver before departure. Guests must follow captain instructions at all times; the captain may end a trip for safety or unsafe guest conduct without refund.
Owners listing vessels must hold valid registration, insurance, and applicable commercial endorsements, and keep uploaded documents current. Listings go live only after WaveLink VI verification. Commission and payout terms are shown in the owner dashboard.
No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaveLink VI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from charters operated by independent owners and captains. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.
